How to use alerts
Why create an alert?
Don't miss new trial information! You can get emails when clinical trials of interest are updated or appear on the platform. For example, you can get information about new trials and/or trials for which the status has changed to "recruiting" by selecting a "disease" of interest, a "country" of interest and the "recruiting" status using the filter list.
How to create an alert?
- To create an alert, run a search with the Navigator by clicking on your filters of interest. The "Create alert for this search" button becomes active once at least one criterion is selected.
- You will need to either create an account or log in to your existing account.
- Click "Create alert for this search" to open the alert window.
- Give the alert a name of your choice.
- You can set the frequency for when you receive the email alert(s). Choose daily, weekly or monthly frequency.
- Click "Create alert".
You may create as many separate alerts are you wish
How often will I receive alerts?
The system is designed to regularly check for trial additions or modifications. You will be sent email alerts at the frequency you have selected: daily, weekly or monthly.
